Split between two sites: Hare Hatch office (RG10 9AA) 3 days a week and Oxford office (OX14 4RS) 2 days a week. £26,000pa. Full-time, permanent.

All Care is one of the leading home care providers in the South region providing support to vulnerable adults to maintain independence and remain in their own homes. We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team, this role will be based in Reading. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

Your key responsibilities will be to attract candidates for our areas (Reading, Newbury, Windsor & Maidenhead, High Wycombe and including Oxford), interview candidates, organise training courses and get our new care workers ready to work! This will involve:

  • Sourcing new ways of attracting care workers.
  • Answer and deal with incoming phone calls, in-person enquiries and email correspondence.
  • Organising interviews with applicants, obtaining necessary documents and conducting DBS checks for successful candidates.
  • Obtain information required for candidates to meet compliance.
  • Request, chase and verify references by phone and email from present and past employers of all applicants.
  • Networking within the local community to establish relationships that promote applications.
  • Working closely with the Care Coordinator to establish business needs.
  • Logging new care worker details onto our systems and creating online files.
  • Attend meetings and job fairs as and when required.
  • Carry out any other duties that may be required of your position.

We are looking for someone that can work well on their own initiative and who has worked in a recruitment setting either as a Recruiter or Compliance Officer, Resourcer etc. The ideal candidate will be organised, a quick learner, have great communication skills and will be results-driven. UK Right to Work is essential, the ability to drive would be beneficial.
