About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Central & West Wight, helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support

What We Are Looking For
- Experienced carers: Professional or Personal
- Travel Requirements: A full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is essential.
- Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
- Ability to complete a mixture of AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills
