All Care Southampton is looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team, following a positive internal promotion. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated consistently and in a timely manner. You will also manage staff annual leave and accommodate required training within the rotas. You will be expected to maintain effective communication with Reablement Workers and Care Assistants, building strong working relationships and liaising with other professionals.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus on-call duties (one weekday per week and one weekend in five).

Salary: £26,000 per year, including on-call allowance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working within the care industry or in a rota-focused role.

Criteria:

  • Experience in scheduling/coordinating/rota planning within the care sector
  • Experience using a rostering system
