Areas We Cover: Hedge End, West End, Botley, Eastleigh, Bursledon, Netley, Hamble, Fair Oak, Chandlers Ford, Romsey, Fareham, Swanwick and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Do: As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals to live independently in their own homes by providing:
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Medication assistance
- Support with mobility & equipment
- Meal preparation & household tasks
- Companionship and wellbeing support
- Assistance with shopping, appointments & daily activities
Every day is different — and every visit makes a meaningful impact.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work alternate weekends or at least one weekend day
- Kind, empathetic, reliable nature
- No experience required — full training provided
- Welcome bonus paid upon completion for probation period
