Spinnaker View is an Extra Care scheme, providing residents with their own independent living space, alongside on-site care and support available 24/7.

As a Care Assistant at Spinnaker View, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live independently while receiving the care they need. You will work as part of a dedicated on-site team delivering both planned care and emergency response support.

No two days are the same, and your role will involve building meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

  • Provide high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
  • Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Promote independence and wellbeing using a person-centred approach
  • Carry out welfare checks and respond to emergency calls
  • Follow health & safety procedures, including moving and handling
  • Work as part of a team to deliver safe, effective care

These responsibilities reflect standard Extra Care duties, including supporting independence and delivering personalised care in a supported living environment.
