Location: Across Isle of Wight, Cowes, Newport and Freshwater.

Hourly wage: £13.43 on week‑days, £13.93 on weekends, with block‑paid rates. Additional pay for unsociable hours and double‑time on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across the Freshwater area, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Requirements

  • Self‑propelled, reliable, compassionate, and eager to start a rewarding career in care (no prior experience required – full training provided)

  • Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship currently offered
