Do you have a full UK driving licence? Do you have a reliable vehicle? Can you complete a mixture of shifts from 0700-1400 and 1600-2200? Can you work a mix of Monday-Sunday? Can you cover all areas across Freshwater, Cowes and Newport? If you answered YES to ALL of the above, now comes the most important question: Would you like to join our Care Team and earn block pay at £14.00 per hour, per completed shift.

At Allcare, we make your working day easier with structured shift patterns, minimal gaps between calls and a mixture of single & partnered visits. You’ll know your rota in advance and work within a small, local area each shift. For over 24 years, Allcare has delivered high-quality, person-centred home care across the South region. About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Central & West Wight, helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include:

  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Light household tasks
  • Food shopping
  • Companionship and emotional support

What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced carers: Professional or Personal
  • Travel Requirements: A full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is essential.
  • Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
  • Ability to complete a mixture of AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
  • Good English communication skills
