All Care Thames Valley are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our growing team! As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated with consistency and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for managing staff annual leave and accommodating any required training in rotas. You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with Reablement Workers/Care Assistants, building a good working relationship with them all and liaising with other professionals.
Hours required are: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm plus on call one weekday a week and one weekend a month. Salary £28,000 including on call per year. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who currently works within the Care Industry or within a rota focused role. Must have care experience and care coordinator experience.
Criteria:- Experienced in scheduling/coordinating/rota planning in the care sector
- Experienced using a rostering system
- Strong work ethic, organisation skills, and positive personality
- Experienced in care calls
- Take part in holding the ‘out of hours’ on-call phone
