We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Extra Care Manager to lead our Extra Care service at Corbetts Wat in Thame. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to live independently and with dignity.

  • Quality & Safety: maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Extra Care service

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
  • Monitor care quality, staffing, and service delivery
  • Requires CQC Registration
  • Experience in a care management role (Extra Care, Supported Living, or similar)
  • Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards within health and social care
