We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Extra Care Manager to lead our Extra Care service at Corbetts Wat in Thame. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Extra Care service
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements

- Monitor care quality, staffing, and service delivery
- Participate in on-call duties, shared across sites
- Requires CQC Registration
About You
- Experience in a care management role (Extra Care, Supported Living, or similar)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
