Domiciliary Care Assistant, based in South Oxfordshire. Covering the following areas - Didcot, Abingdon, Wallingford, Thame, Henley-on-Thames, Goring and the surrounding areas.

We take immense pride in delivering personalised care packages through our team of well‑trained and supervised staff.
We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants who are passionate about what they do. We do not look for any prior healthcare experience; however, we do require all candidates to have full Right to Work in the UK as we do not offer Health and Social Care Visas or Sponsorship. You must also have a Full UK Licence with access to your own vehicle.
You will be working as part of the reablement team, which is a person‑centred approach designed to help individuals regain the skills necessary for independent living after an illness or injury. This requires adaptability, compassion and a selfless approach to put others first. Your duties will include:
- Supporting with Personal Care – showering, washing, toileting
- Assisting with mobility around the house
- Light household duties
- Assisting with the administering of medication
- Providing welfare checks and companionship
At All Care, we offer the following to all our Care Assistants:
- Competitive pay: £15.61 per hour on weekdays, £15.61 per hour on weekends and £21.00 per hour on bank holidays
- Paid travel time: 40p per mile, paid between client visits
- Company benefits: 28 hours annual leave and company pension
