Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 plus on call hours and occasional care support

The role also involves participating in the out-of-hours on call service, therefore, you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered.
The role holder will:
- Have good planning and organisation skills
- Be punctual and flexible
- Have the confidence to work alone and as part of a team
- Have an understanding of the care sector
- Experience within the Health and Social Care Sector
- Hands on Care experience
- Familiar with care plans (Full training will be given on writing needs and risk assessments)
