As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring visits are allocated consistently and in a timely manner. You will also manage staff annual leave and accommodate required training within the rotas. You will be expected to maintain effective communication with Reablement Workers and Care Assistants, building strong working relationships and liaising with other professionals.

  • Experience in scheduling/coordinating/rota planning within the care sector
  • Experience using a rostering system
  • Strong work ethic, organisational skills, and a positive attitude
  • Experience managing care calls
  • Willingness to participate in out-of-hours on-call duties
  • Good literacy skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Administrative experience
  • Full driving licence

Employment Details

  • Job type: Full-time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, plus on-call duties (one weekday per week and one weekend in five).
  • Salary: £26,000 per year, including on-call allowance.
