All Care Ltd. is seeking a regional Quality Improvement & Compliance postholder to oversee safeguarding, audit, and regulatory compliance across the Southeast.
You will develop and embed strategies, monitor safety across staff teams, and ensure services achieve at least a Good rating with CQC.
You will collaborate with the Director of Quality and Compliance, Registered Managers, and HR to drive continuous improvement and maintain governance across multiple locations in the region.
