About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Henley-on-Thames area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Duties
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support
No experience needed - full training provided!
Requirements
- Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
- Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills

Compensation and Working Conditions
Salary: £15.61 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
Guaranteed hours: Permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles
Consistent shift patterns: 07:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 or 07:00-22:00, working alternate weekends
Location
Across Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Oxford, Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas.
