About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across Andover/Mid Hants helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include:
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support
Qualifications and Experience
What we are looking for:
- Full UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance (essential)
- Right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship currently
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS, we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors such as retail sales assistants, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionists, administrators, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers to apply.
Location, Salary & Work Hours
Care Assistant Location: Andover/Mid Hants
Salary: £13.52 per hour weekdays, £14.04 on weekends. Additional benefits include time and a half for public holidays.
We make your working day easier with grouped visits, advanced rotas, and minimal gaps between calls within a small, local area.
