About the role
Join All Care’s friendly Southampton team supporting adults in their own homes to live safely and independently. You’ll deliver dignified personal care, prompt/administer medication, prepare light meals, provide companionship, and record care notes accurately. We work locally in planned runs so you’re supporting people in your community.
Key Responsibilities
- 7am starts are essential on your working days (early mornings form a core part of this role)
- Availability for alternate weekends
- Daytime and some teatime/evening visits available (rota provided in advance)
What we’re looking for
- Female applicants only – Due to the personal nature of the care for female clients, this post has an occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (business insurance or willingness to add it)
- Reliable timekeeping and the ability to work early mornings
- Warm, respectful approach and good communication
- Right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship)
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential—we provide full training and shadowing
