About the role
Join All Care’s friendly Southampton team supporting adults in their own homes to live safely and independently. You’ll deliver dignified personal care, prompt/administer medication, prepare light meals, provide companionship, and record care notes accurately. We work locally in planned runs so you’re supporting people in your community. 7am starts are essential on your working days (early mornings form a core part of this role). Daytime and some teatime/evening visits available (rota provided in advance).
What we’re looking for
- Female applicants only – Due to the personal nature of the care for female clients, this post has an occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (business insurance or willingness to add it).
- Reliable timekeeping and the ability to work early mornings.
- Warm, respectful approach and good communication.
- Right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship).
- Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — we provide full training and shadowing.
