Salary: £13.52 per hour weekdays – £14.04 weekends. Additional benefits include time and a half for public holidays.

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across Farnborough/Mid Hants, helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks

- Companionship and emotional support
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance (required for community‑based role)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered at present)
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
No prior experience required – full training provided. We welcome candidates from all sectors, including retail, customer service, hairdressing, administration, cleaning, warehouse, and delivery driving.
