Here at All Care, we have an on-going need for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team and help fulfil the requirements in the Reading community. The ideal candidate for this role will be punctual, reliable, caring, patient and motivated to make a difference to our clients' lives.
Responsibilities:- Travelling to clients’ homes to provide the highest level of care to each individual
- Health and wellbeing such as administering medication
- Preparing meals for clients
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping
- Encouraging and supporting clients in day-to-day tasks
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, toileting, dressing etc.
- Full PAID training provided – 4 day training is mandatory upon offer
- £13.10 per hour weekdays, £13.27 per hour weekends & time and a half on bank holidays
