We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Basingstoke, Aldershot, Alton, Farnborough, Fleet and Hook. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high‑quality home and live‑in care services that prioritize the needs and preferences of our clients. Your contributions will help ensure that individuals receive the safe and supportive care they deserve.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills.
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage in their own care.
- Previous experience in a care setting is preferred (high relevance).
