Join our great team of Health Care Assistants here at All Care to help improve the lives of vulnerable and elderly clients in their own home environment. As a care assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Here at All Care, we offer our Community Care Assistants the following:

  • £12.00 per hour weekdays
  • £12.50 per hour weekends
  • £18.00 per hour on bank holidays
  • 0.40p per mile between care calls
  • Excellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development fully funded in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management!
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
  • Full-time and Part-time hours available!
  • Fully funded well being programme with store discounts!

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting as a carer:

  • Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
