As a care assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.
This role will cover the following areas: Burgess Hill and the surrounding areas.
Here at All Care, we offer our Care Assistants the following:
- Β£12.00 per hour weekdays
- Β£12.50 per hour weekends
- Β£18.00 per hour on bank holidays
- 0.40p per mile between care calls
- Excellent Training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development fully funded in Health & Social Care from Level 2 to Level 5 management!
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
- Full-time and Part-time hours available!
Examples of the clientβs needs you will be supporting as a carer:
- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
