We’re currently hiring a skilled and motivated Auto Glass Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
- Install and repair auto glass (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently while following best practices
- Deliver top-quality workmanship using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards
- Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment – in the shop and in service vehicles
- Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required
What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member
- Proven experience in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands-on technical experience in a similar trade)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor – you’re the face of our service
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment
- Reliable and punctual – you show up, follow through, and take ownership
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights
- Willingness to grow through our Paid Apprenticeship, Training & Tool Program
