Area Sales Manager

Location: Midlands (with office visits in Northamptonshire)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Basic, DOE)

OTE: £55,000 – £70,000

As we approach our 10th year in business, we are proud of the incredible growth we\’ve achieved and we\’re just getting started. We\’ve built a passionate, tight-knit team and are now looking for a driven and talented Area Sales Manager to help propel us into our next stage of expansion.

Covering the Midlands, with plans to expand further, you\’ll play a crucial role in our continued success and growth.

The Role

As our new Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Sourcing and approaching new clients to generate new business opportunities.

Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, enhancing engagement where needed.

Managing your own diary and spending 3–4 days a week out in the field meeting with key commercial clients.

Presenting our roofing services and partner product brands to potential customers.

Working closely with the founding Directors to help build and shape an internal sales department.

Our current client base includes companies in Construction, Retail, Offices, and Education, with some residential work as well. You\’ll need to be proactive and confident in reaching out to businesses who may not yet know about us.

What We\’re Looking For

Experience in Field Sales, ideally from a Construction or Roofing background.

Self-motivated, with a proven ability to identify, approach and win new business.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable working remotely, with the ability to visit our Northamptonshire office periodically.

A full UK driving licence (Company car provided).

Interview & Onboarding Process

All candidates will be required to attend a face-to-face interview at our Northamptonshire office as part of the selection process.

The successful candidate will begin with a 3-month probation period, during which performance and suitability for the role will be assessed with full support from the team. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a permanent position with clear development goals.
