All Access Ltd are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple scaffolding contracts across commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple scaffolding contracts from Pre Start stage through to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and site teams
- Resolve contractual and operational issues efficiently
- Ensure all works comply with TG20, SG4, and relevant HSE regulations
- Oversee project planning, programming, and resource allocation
- Monitor costs, variations, and profitability of contracts
- Carry out site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure safety and quality
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
- Attend weekly contract meetings with site team, covering process, programme, labour requirements and safety
- Lead and support supervisors, scaffolders, and labourers
- Line Management of supervisors to ensure all works are recorded for contract & variation works and SVOs are handed in
- Update / amend RAMS as required and issue to client
- Work alongside the QS to ensure that all applications are correctly prepared
- Manage site requirements for plant and transport and liaise with the Yard Manager to arrange drops and clears
- Assist with lead generation and able to identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in scaffolding contracts management
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and industry regulations
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (preferred)
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolder or Scaffold Inspection qualification (advantageous)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
- Competent in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
