Responsibilities

Personal care, group and individual social support
Shopping for participants
Respite
Transporting participants to and from appointments
Domestic assistance and meal preparation

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience working with people with disabilities or the elderly
Ability to work independently and within teams
Respect the rights and dignity of participants
Certificate 3 in Disabilities or Aged Care
Disability Worker Screening Clearance / Positive Notice Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
Current police check (or willingness to get one)
First aid/CPR certificate
Driver\’s licence with own registered, fully insured vehicle
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to resolve minor task‑related problems, teamwork, adaptability and commitment to learning and development
