All About Living Ltd. is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation in Aspley and part of the Vertaview Group, alongside providers such as Multicap, Arbourwell, Open Minds and Allinto. The organisation is committed to providing quality services to customers who receive NDIA approved services, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Support at Home, Veterans Home Care, Nursing, and private fee‑paying customers.
Responsibilities:
- Personal care, group and individual social support
- Shopping for participants
- Respite
- Transporting participants to and from appointments
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with people with disabilities or the elderly
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Respect the rights and dignity of participants
- Certificate III in Disabilities or Aged Care
- Disability Worker Screening Clearance / Positive Notice Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
- First aid/CPR certificate
- Driver's licence with own registered, fully insured vehicle
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to resolve minor task‑related problems, teamwork, adaptability and commitment to learning and development
We pay travel time and kilometres for all travel between services.
