The role of Senior National Account Manager is a full-time office-based role in an exciting office location based in Central Manchester!
Primary RoleAs a Senior National Account Manager, you’ll play a central role within our Commercial Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing key customer relationships, ensuring alignment with GSCOP, Competition Law, and Brand Owner Contracts.
- Building and delivering Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Trading Plans that meet both AAF and customer objectives.
- Leading promotional planning, range reviews, NPD listings, and marketing plans.
- Managing all internal and external account administration, including templates, financial analysis, trade processes, and performance reporting.
- Driving volume forecasting through the S&OP process and managing new line forms.
- Leading the annual budgeting and business planning process in collaboration with your Finance Business Partner.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across Retailer, Brand, Category, Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Applying a consultative selling approach using insights from category, shopper, and consumer data.
- Representing the business professionally and ensuring legal compliance.
- Continuously reviewing and improving processes and contributing actively to the Sales team culture.
