We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner – Brand who can take ownership of financial performance, planning and decision support across our brand portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and confident influencing stakeholders across Finance, Brand, Sales, Category and Supply Chain.

You’ll help brand teams understand the commercial drivers behind performance, challenge assumptions in forecasts and business cases, and support decisions that improve NSV, gross profit and EBITDA. Where and how you'll work:

This is a full-time, office-based role in Manchester, NQ. You’ll report to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and work closely with Brand, Sales, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams to strengthen commercial decision making across All About Food.

You’ll have ownership of core brand finance routines, including performance reporting, forecast and budget support, brand P&L analysis, investment evaluation and commercial challenge. Your focus will be making financial information clear, consistent and decision-ready so brand teams can act with confidence.

Part qualified, recently qualified or qualified by experience, with strong commercial finance capability. (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)

Highly organised, accurate and comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholder needs.

Understand how revenue, trade investment, cost, margin, royalties, overheads and EBITDA translate into brand performance.

Enjoy analysing data, challenging assumptions and turning insight into practical recommendations.

Take ownership without waiting to be asked, follow through on commitments and keep stakeholders updated.

Communicate clearly, build trust quickly and adapt your style for finance and non-finance audiences.

FMCG, retail or brand finance experience is desirable but not essential.

What you'll be trusted to do:

Partner with Brand teams to explain performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support commercially sound decisions.

Produce clear brand reporting that explains key drivers of sales, NSV, gross profit, operating costs and EBITDA versus budget, forecast and prior year.

Build and maintain brand P&Ls, business cases and financial models that support NPD, EPD, retailer initiatives and strategic projects.

Work closely with Sales, Category and Net Revenue Growth teams to connect brand plans with retailer performance, pricing, promotion and mix opportunities.

Challenge commercial assumptions constructively, ensuring plans are realistic, evidence-based and aligned to profitable growth.

Identify trends, risks and opportunities across brands, retailers and categories, turning analysis into recommended actions.

Support annual budget, rolling forecast and scenario planning cycles through robust assumptions, analysis and stakeholder challenge.

Evaluate brand investment, consumer marketing spend, innovation and activation plans to ensure decisions are grounded in value creation.

Improve finance processes by simplifying routines, documenting ways of working and creating repeatable tools and templates.

Help build financial awareness across the business by making complex brand performance information simple, useful and action-oriented.
