We're looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded Senior Brand Account Manager to take ownership of key brand partnerships and drive sustainable, profitable growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution, building meaningful relationships and delivering results through influence, insight and collaboration.
Where and how you'll work: Based in our Manchester office, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, external brand partners and senior stakeholders across the business. You'll have ownership of your brand portfolio, working with a high degree of autonomy whilst collaborating with teams across Sales, Category, Finance and Supply Chain.

Experience in buying, sales, customer category management or managing commercial portfolios would be beneficial. FMCG experience is not essential, and candidates from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
What you'll be trusted to do:
- Own and develop relationships with brand owners
- Deliver the budgeted brand P&L as per KPIs (internal and external) and own and manage the Consumer Investment brand budget
- Lead brand contract renewal negotiations to create long-term sustainable partnerships
- Develop and execute the annual retail brand plan which includes range management: core range, product lifecycle, delist/exit, SLOB, NPD pipeline: Business case and launch plan
- Shape the future direction of the brands you manage through strategic thinking and commercial insight
- Build and manage product portfolios, including core range management, innovation pipelines and product lifecycle planning
- Identify opportunities for growth through category, shopper and consumer insights
- Partner with internal teams to successfully deliver new product launches and strategic initiatives
- Demonstrate a consultative selling approach through knowledge of category, shopper and consumer utilising the communication skills training provided.
- Contribute to the wider development of brand strategy and business growth plans
