All About Care are looking to recruit Night Carers to join our teams, duties will include; To receive daily instruction regarding the care and support requirements of residents throughout the night.
Ensure regular checks are carried out and accurate detailed records are maintained.
To assist and oversee residents who need help with dressing, undressing, bathing and continence support at night and in the morning.
Additionally assist those with mobility issues, physical disabilities and help in the use of care aids and equipment Assist with meals and snacks as required, ensuring individual dietary requirements are followed.
To record and document on the PCS adequate records of client care and support, ensuring assessments, care plans and risk assessments are followed.
Making management aware of any relevant updates are required on IT equipment.
Maintain the safe use of IT equipment, that devices are charged and fully operational and ensure their safe use to prevent damage.
Keep passwords private and not shared, ensure you log out after each use of any devices.
