The successful candidate will be responsible for running and managing a busy kitchen, catering for up to 32 residents. Your duties will include creating and developing menus, ordering, managing stock, preparing and cooking a varied, home cooked and nutritious dishes. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and Food Standards Agency requirements to maintain our 5 Stars.
