Alkegen's Rainford site is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Production Manager, leading a manufacturing team of ~10 across 3 plants on a 4 on/4 off days and nights pattern, ensuring safety, quality and OTIF targets are achieved.
You will drive continuous improvement with Planning, Quality, EHS and Engineering, manage performance, and deliver the production plan while developing staff for long-term success.
