Alkegen is seeking a Shift Manager for the Rainford site. You will lead a manufacturing team of around 10 across three plants on a 4 on 4 off days and nights schedule, ensuring safety, quality, and OTIF targets are met.
The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, with Lean/5S/TPM experience, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement. You will liaise with Planning, Quality, EHS and Engineering to optimise processes and productivity.
