The Quality Systems Lead plays a key role in ensuring successful product launches and customer satisfaction by managing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for Energy Conversion and Battery programs. This role bridges plant quality teams and customer expectations, ensuring timely and accurate PPAP submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PPAP activities for EC & Battery programs.
- Ensure timely delivery of PPAP documentation aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with plant quality teams to drive accountability and readiness.
- Act as the primary customer interface for PPAP-related matters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- IATF internal audit experience.
- Customer-facing experience with strong relationship management skills.
- Bias to action, ability to facilitate and get results in a collaborative way.
- Experience in quality engineering/assurance, with knowledge of IATF16949, AIAG, and VDA standards preferred.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies (L6S Green Belt preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical process control and data analysis.
