The Quality Systems Lead plays a key role in ensuring successful product launches and customer satisfaction by managing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for Energy Conversion and Battery programs. This role bridges plant quality teams and customer expectations, ensuring timely and accurate PPAP submissions.
- Collaborate with plant quality teams to drive accountability and readiness.
- Agile and deadline-focused in dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) preferred. Customer-facing experience with strong relationship management skills. Experience in quality engineering/assurance, with knowledge of IATF16949, AIAG, and VDA standards preferred. Strong analytical skills, including statistical process control and data analysis.
