Job Summary

Alkanaah International Tours and Travel, the appointed GSA for Saudia Airlines, seeks a Sales Agent to drive business growth through client engagement and strategic sales initiatives. This role welcomes both experienced professionals and motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute to the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain productive relationships with travel agents and clients to expand market reach and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms by publishing timely updates, promotions, advertising campaigns, and relevant marketing content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports on agent visits, client feedback and complaints, and sales performance to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, develop targeted sales strategies, and establish achievable sales targets that drive revenue growth.
  • Perform BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) tasks accurately and efficiently as required to support operational processes.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus or Galileo, to facilitate booking and sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrated by confident and effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Proactive team player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Social media management skills to support marketing initiatives and audience engagement.
  • Interest in the aviation and travel industry to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
