En tant qu’acteur.trice clé de la résidence pour jeunes travailleurs de Meaux-Trinitaires (159 logements dont 8 studios pour couples), vous contribuez au développement du lien social entre les résidents et participez à la mise en œuvre d’animations collectives pour favoriser l’autonomie ainsi que l’intégration sociale et professionnelle des résidents. Vous serez rattaché.e au Directeur d’Établissement, avec le soutien de votre responsable et en lien avec l’équipe.
Vos missions principales seront de :
- Participer à l’accueil et à l’intégration du résident ;
- Contribuer à l’animation de la vie résidentielle ;
- Aller à la rencontre des résidents ;
- Participer à l’accompagnement socio-éducatif des résidents ;
- Contribuer aux missions transversales et à la vie quotidienne de la résidence ;
Cette liste n’est pas limitative. Vous préparez un BAC+2 ou BAC+3 dans le domaine de l’action sociale (DEES, DEJEPS, DECESF, etc.). Doté.e d’un bon relationnel, vous aimez travailler en équipe. Empathique, à l’écoute, rigoureux.se, vous avez la capacité d’établir une relation de confiance tout en faisant preuve de distanciation.
Contrat d’alternance, avec un travail en journée de 9h00 à 18h00 ou 10h00 à 19h00. Possibilité de travailler 2 soirées par semaine, de 13h30 à 22h00. Rémunération selon la grille de salaire d’un apprenti, avec remboursement de 50% du pass Navigo, tickets restaurants.
