Our Logistics & Transportation team works with healthy, under‑performing and distressed companies across a variety of urgent, high impact situations. Our team plays a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the intricacies of supply chains, transportation, and infrastructure management. We enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable growth for our clients. What You’ll Need
- A track record of success in logistics, transportation, or infrastructure-related roles, preferably with a mix of consulting and industry experience.
- Specific delivery experience and project leadership in operational improvement including but not limited to: Supply chain management, target operating model and organisational design, PE and investment lifecycle experience.
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy and modelling.
- Demonstrable track record in achieving implementation oriented, qualitative solutions in multiple workstreams.
- Deep understanding of business issues and the ability to communicate them effectively to team leaders and clients.
- Passion for the logistics and transportation industry and a contributor to/participant in industry events/conferences.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
- Willingness to work outside of normal U.K. business hours, particularly as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
Education Requirements
- Master’s degree and/or an MBA, and evidence of a strong academic record.
- A degree in Business, Finance or Engineering is preferable but not essential.
