Role Overview

The Legal Counsel will provide wide-ranging legal support across the business, with a focus on AlixPartners' DACH business. The role will involve supporting consultants and leadership teams with matters relating to client engagements, employment matters, litigation, and general practice issues.

What You Will Do

  • Review, revise, draft, coordinate, and help negotiate documents for internal clients.
  • Coordinate communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with compliance and risk management matters.
