Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary depending on the team and individual circumstances.

In this new role, we are looking for a collaborative and dependable content marketing professional to join AlixPartners’ Content and Communications team, within the firm’s Marketing and Business Development function. We’re the people who tell the incredible stories from across AlixPartners globally, showcasing the “When It Really Matters” moments that demonstrate our approach and the outcomes we deliver for clients.

You will develop and deliver high-quality marketing materials primarily for the EMEA region, communicating the value of the firm’s expertise and experience to external clients and prospective clients. This is a full-time role reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, in which you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Business Marketing and Content Marketing functions to understand and accurately articulate the firm’s expertise and experience in a clear and compelling way. Building positive relationships across teams will be essential.
  • Develop and refine engaging content across formats, including written articles, reports, brochures, video/audio, client stories/case studies, social content, email content, and client presentation materials.
  • Ensure quality control, clarity, and consistency across all materials, connecting the firm’s value proposition and brand narrative to storytelling.
  • Respond constructively to stakeholder feedback and iterate deliverables as required.
  • Coordinate project workflows (e.g., stakeholder approvals, design/digital support), with guidance.
  • Brief and liaise with third-party suppliers (e.g., agencies, independent contractors).
  • Ensure deliverables align with team priorities and quality standards.
  • Assist with content performance analysis and reporting.
  • Support the team with additional responsibilities as identified.

What you’ll need:

Experience and skills:

  • Typically 3+ years’ experience in B2B content or marketing, ideally within a B2B agency or professional services (e.g., management consulting/human capital).
  • Examples of content and marketing material development and delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree: Arts/Humanities/Journalism/Business preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to translate complex technical, financial, or business information – including data analysis and visualisation – into clear, jargon-free materials across formats.
  • Understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in brand storytelling, marketing copywriting, and creative asset production; market research experience is beneficial.
  • High proficiency with MS Office is expected; experience with CMS, SEO, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Riverside, Premiere/Final Cut Pro) is beneficial; training provided for advanced platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams and business stakeholders and coordinating workflows (e.g., stakeholder approvals, design/digital team support, third-party agencies/providers).

Personal attributes:

  • Team player who can work independently as needed, take initiative when appropriate within agreed priorities, and welcome guidance and feedback.
  • Organised and responsive; able to prioritise multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey ideas beyond written materials.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and apply problem-solving within established processes.
  • Ability to work full-time in a hybrid office and remote environment.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, professional environment and upholding AlixPartners’ Core Values as defined in our Code of Conduct.

The firm offers market-leading benefits that provide flexible options to support our employee’s needs including health benefits to help prioritise their physical and emotional well-being, time-off policies to help to recharge and financial/retirement benefits that offer income protection and support long-term planning.
