Alive Dx is recruiting for a Team Leader to join the Product Development Team at our ARC site near Penicuik, EH26 0BF.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri) within the Alba R&D department, focusing on immunohaematology and reagents development to meet customer needs.

You will lead a team of scientists, drive development stages, and ensure high standards of quality and collaboration across departments, while coaching staff and maintaining an innovative culture.
