Team Leader, Warehouse AliveDx is recruiting for a Team Leader to join the Warehouse team based near Edinburgh. As Team Leader, you will lead and coordinate the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage, handling and movement of inventory. You will play a key role in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support manufacturing and customer requirements. The role is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. YOUR MISSION Your main responsibilities will include: Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, compliant and customer-focused service Provide leadership to the warehouse team, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance management and employee engagement. Ensure robust inventory control through stock management, cycle counting, reconciliation and effective inventory governance. Manage and monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions where required. Develop and continuously improve warehouse processes, layouts, storage solutions, systems and workflows to improve efficiency, quality and service. Maintain a high level of audit readiness and represent warehouse operations during internal and external audits, ensuring findings are addressed effectively and within agreed timescales.
