Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Litigation Associate role based in Marylebone, London. The Associate will manage a varied caseload under supervision, including case formulation, drafting pleadings, dealing with witnesses and advising clients. The role involves attending client meetings, conferences, and court hearings. The Associate will coordinate with other team members, maintain accurate case files, and ensure court and client deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a UK commercial litigation team or chambers.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.
- Good working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and court guides.
