Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Litigation Associate role based in Marylebone, London. The Associate will manage a varied caseload under supervision, including case formulation, drafting pleadings, dealing with witnesses and advising clients. The role involves attending client meetings, conferences, and court hearings. The Associate will coordinate with other team members, maintain accurate case files, and ensure court and client deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a UK commercial litigation team or chambers.
  • Proficient in legal research and drafting.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients.
  • Good working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and court guides.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practice and client service.
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or barrister admitted to bar in UK.
