Alium Consultancy is expanding its UK team and we are looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment within the IT sector. This position is subject to proven billings performance and is ideal for a motivated recruiter with a strong track record who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to successful placement.
As a Senior 360 Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment process, including business development, client management, sourcing top IT talent, and overseeing high-value placements. You will deliver high-quality recruitment solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. This role is hybrid, offering a balance of office-based collaboration and remote working.
Responsibilities:- Manage the full 360 recruitment process across the IT market.
- Drive business development to build and grow client portfolios.
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality IT candidates.
- Prepare and submit strong candidate profiles to clients.
- Manage client and candidate communication throughout the process.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS.
- Build and nurture pipelines for ongoing and future roles.
- Represent Alium Consultancy professionally in all interactions.
- 2–3+ years’ experience as a 360 recruiter (senior-level performance).
- Proven billings history in IT recruitment.
