We are looking for a Vehicle Test Engineer specialising within the Agriculture space (not mandatory) where you will be focusing on improving the procedures of the Tractor Fleet, planning and executing test cases.

Due to the urgency of the position we have it on good authority that if you are interested, we can complete the hiring process by next week.

Please find below more information regarding the ideal candidate for this position:

  • Vehicle Testing Experience (Motor Industry)
  • Plan and manage specific technician procedures for testing the tractor fleet.
  • During testing activity execution report SW bugs/Mechanical failures issues within 24 hours of discovery;
  • Complete test reports for each activity on tractor builds and upload files onto system
  • Agriculture background/knowledge (Ideal)
  • CANalyzer and CanCase experience (Ideal)
  • Good working knowledge of tractor sub systems (Ideal)

Scope of Work:

  • Produce test reports for each activity performed.
  • Preparation and testing of tractor, incl instrumentation and mechanical
  • Fix, repair and maintain vehicle issues and support troubleshooting of issues/failures of tractor.
  • Produce detailed reports for each non conformity found.
  • Support the test manager to complete the development test activities in-line with the timing plan.

Location: Basildon, UK (onsite)

Start Date: Immediate Start / Can wait for Notice Periods

Driving Licence: UK Driving License
