We are looking to recruit for two internal Sales due to growth of the business. These roles will be pivotal in driving sales growth through the electrical wholesale and merchant business channel. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a sales territory of existing and generating new sales via internal customer database. The role will also be responsible for handling and creating sales appointments for the sales team. The role will be actively working with sales and marketing to create promotions and collateral to assist in the development of sales., * Cleanse and build a productive ordering customer database while generating new customer sales.

Utilise existing relationships and terms agreements in place to increase sales through new and lapsed customers to generate sales.

Facilitate incoming enquiries from customers where no external sales are assigned and set up trading terms accordingly.

To build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers by using appropriate questioning.

Engage and interact with client decision makers to identify new and emerging business opportunities.

Achieve sales turnover budgets/targets agreed for the activity.

Review sales performance monthly against target and provide accurate sales forecasts via a monthly report.

Expected minimum of 40 outbound calls per day connecting with external customers

Research & convert a minimum of 5 leads per month for into appointments for external sales.

Proven history of new sales business generation within B2B or B2C in an outbound call role

Ability to meet KPIs and follow sales budget & forecasts.

Previous experience in an internal sale targeted role

Bonus payments – Monthly
