Alison Gray Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established company for a Health & Safety Officer to join their growing team in East Belfast!

Length:6 month contract Your New Day to

Day: Review, update, and maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work.

Conduct workplace inspections, safety observations, and monitor compliance with Health & Safety standards.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are completed.

Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness programmes to improve employee engagement.

Support managers and teams in implementing Health & Safety requirements and promoting a positive safety culture.

Develop and maintain safety communications, signage, and induction materials.

Prepare the site for internal and external Health & Safety audits.

Complete and review operational risk assessments and drive continuous Health & Safety improvements.

Track and close Health & Safety action plans while recommending improvements to the site's safety management system.
