Our client in the Docks area of Belfast, require an experienced Loading Shovel Driver. Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour + overtime @ 1.5 rate over 40 hours and double time on weekends Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am-4.30pm, however, flexibility and overtime will be required and paid accordingly. You must be flexible between the hours of 6am – 8pm during busy periods. Duties: Loading and unloading of vehicles Assist with fitting and removing covers from stacks. Movement of product throughout the warehouse and yard areas Cleaning, maintenance and yard operative duties as and when required Essential requirements: In date loading shovel licence/certificate (proof required) Physically fit and able to climb stacks (work at height) Manual handling of covers and pallets Work along side heavy mobile plant Own transport as the hours can vary due to the nature of the business.
